Cardiff hosts Wheelchair Rugby European Championship

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The 2023 Wheelchair Rugby European Championship (WREURO23) is set to take place at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium from May 3 to 7. Great Britain, the host nation and Paralympic gold medalists, will compete against Europe’s top wheelchair rugby teams.

The tournament will take place on one of the world’s most famous sporting stages, with teams competing for qualification spaces for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and the title of European Champion.

The event will also feature a celebrity match on May 5, with renowned athletes from the wheelchair rugby and rugby world and well-known celebrity faces participating.
