The Ivy Asia Cardiff teams up with The House of Suntory for a new Spring cocktail series

The Ivy Asia Cardiff welcomes spring with new ‘Blossom Nights’ entertainment series and limited-edition Japanese inspired cocktails bought to you by The House of Suntory

The Ivy Asia, Cardiff is excited to welcome in the spring season by launching an unmissable Blossom Nights event series and limited-edition specials. From 24th March to 12th May, guests will be able to immerse themselves in the spirit of Japan with bespoke dishes including a cherry blossom-themed dessert platter, and cocktails created in collaboration with The House of Suntory.

The Ivy Asia, Cardiff has worked closely with The House of Suntory to create five new cocktails for the occasion. Tantalising additions include The Rose and Cherry Martini (£12.50), a refreshingly sweet blend of Roku Gin, Aker Rose Aperitif, Cherry Blossom Syrup and Citric Batch, The Sakura Martini (£17), a classic drink which features Hibiki Harmony, Peach and Pomelo Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup, and The Cherry Blossom Garden (£12), a delightfully light blend of Haku Vodka, Sakura Vermouth and Roku.

For those with a sweet tooth, the restaurant has created a show-stopping limited-edition dessert to indulge in throughout the campaign. The Cherry Blossom Dessert Platter (£32.50) is a spring twist on the infamous Ivy Asia dessert platter. Enjoy passion fruit doughnuts, white chocolate & yuzu cheesecake, and mini samurai, served beautifully on a cherry blossom tree.

For one night only, on Wednesday 12th April, The Ivy Asia, Cardiff will be celebrating with blossom-themed performers, DJs and percussionists from 6:30-10:30pm. It will be a night to remember!
